Supplier Levels:

Grade A:

Must be original suppliers or authorized distributors. Authorized distributors need to provide authorization certificates.
Grade B:

The average score of delivered components meeting the requirements of the order must be 4 or above.
The supplier industry type must be distributor.
Grade C:

The average score of delivered components meeting the requirements of the order must be 4 or above.
The probationary period is defined by the supplier.
Dangerous:

The supplier has a record of returns due to quality issues such as appearance defects, non-compliance with electrical
performance, and packaging discrepancies.
Blacklist:

The supplier has a record of returns due to counterfeits.

Supplier Audit Processes:

Qualifications:

Supplier qualification confirmation, original manufacturer, agent (need to provide agency certificate), distributor, stockist, etc.
Background:

Business license, registered capital, registered address, actual office location, ISO certificate, legal litigation records, etc.
Reputation:

Feedback on market reputation, as well as trade references from other companies.
Price:

Comparison of prices provided by suppliers, with a requirement to compare at least three suppliers.
Quality:

Evaluation of supplier product quality and understanding of their market reputation.

Supplier Maintenance:

The ERP system automatically monitors supplier quality and performance.
Supplier maintenance and shares supplier information with sales, purchasing, quality control, customer, and other relevant departments.
Suppliers with excessive or severe quality issues are added to a blacklist.
